Mini Meatloaf with Cilantro Lime Rice and Sautéed Peppers and Onions

Enjoy this convenient and flavorful grab-and-go meal! Our Mini Beef Meatloaf with Sauce is paired with flavorful Sandridge® Cilantro Lime Rice and a vibrant mix of sautéed peppers and onions. It’s a delicious, hearty meal – perfect for the whole family.

Directions
  1. Carefully place the Sandridge® Mini Beef Meatloaf with Sauce into the container. Distribute the sauce evenly over the meatloaf.
  2. Distribute the Sandridge® Cilantro Lime Rice evenly around the meatloaf, filling the remaining space in the container. Try to create a distinct separation between the meatloaf and the rice.
  3. Add the 3 oz. Simplot Flame Roasted Peppers and Onions evenly over the top of the rice, or arrange them along one side of the container for a visually appealing presentation.
  4. Securely close the grab-and-go container lid and apply label.

Heating Instructions:

  • Microwave: Remove lid. Heat on high for 2-3 minutes, or until heated through. Stir halfway through heating.
  • Oven: Remove contents from container and place in an oven safe dish. Heat at 350 degrees F until heated through.
