Family-Style Meatloaf with Roasted Potatoes and Vegetables

Our hearty Family-Style Meatloaf is perfect for a quick and easy meal. Sliced thick and served in a convenient BBQ ribs container, it comes with perfectly roasted potatoes and sweet glazed carrots – creating a satisfying and delicious meal perfect for sharing with 4-6 people.
Directions
  1. Carefully place the Sandridge® Fully Cooked Meatloaf with Sauce into the center of the container, running lengthwise. Spread the sauce evenly over the meatloaf.
  2. Distribute the Sandridge® Seasoned Redskin Potatoes evenly along both sides of the meatloaf, creating a border of potatoes.
  3. Add the 12 oz. Sandridge® Glazed Carrots evenly along the sides of the meatloaf, creating a row of carrots.
  4. Ensure a visually appealing arrangement, with distinct rows of meatloaf, potatoes, and carrots.
  5. Securely close the grab-and-go container lid and apply label.

Heating Instructions:

  • Oven: Remove lid. Cover loosely with foil. Heat at 350°F (175°C) for 20-30 minutes, or until heated through.
  • Microwave: Remove lid. Heat in sections, or in a large microwave safe dish, for 2-3 minutes per section, until heated through.
