Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. Pulled Chicken with BBQ Seasoning
  • 10 oz. Black Bean Salsa or Pico de Gallo
  • 10 – 1 oz. bags cheese flavored Doritos or Sun Chips
  • 1 lb. bag Mexican cheese blend
  • 1 lb. sour cream
  • 1 bunch cilantro, roughly chopped
Directions
  1. Heat chicken in a sous vide bath to 165⁰F
  2. Open chip bags, top with chicken
  3. Sprinkle cheese over chicken
  4. Spoon in Black Bean Pico
  5. Add a dollop of sour cream
  6. Garnish with cilantro
